2. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received an item that is:

We’ll make it right ASAP — usually by replacement or refund depending on availability.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at support@elimorra.com with:

If your return is approved, we will send you:

and (if applicable) a return label
Do not send items back without approval, as they may not be processed.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Our mistake / defective items: We cover return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Elimorra is not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time depends on your bank/provider).
Refunds may be reduced if:

missing original packaging/accessories

return policy conditions aren’t met
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you want an exchange, contact us at support@elimorra.com with your order details.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@elimorra.com.
If the order is already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process instead.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
